Dear valued customer,
We are very sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. At INSTYLA FRAGRANCES, your satisfaction is everything to us. This form will enable us to expedite your return, exchange, or replacement request.
A small service fee may apply if missing or damaged parts, including packaging such as the box, cap, and label, do not meet our requirements.
A slight credit for perfumes is deducted if the product is used up to a 10% usage. For more than 30 days, returns are not permissible for used products.
Return Checklist On receipt of your perfume, please refer to our Return Checklist before returning it as it may not meet our policy.

Perfume must have 90% of the fragrance remaining in it’s original bottle.

Applicable to online purchase of 50ML & 100ML perfumes only.

Refunds/Replacements are processed within 5-6 business days of receipt and inspection of the product.
